All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15 percent Goods and Services Tax (GST). We do not accept payments in other currencies and reserve the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.

Any orders received by the EarthSmart Store through this website constitute offers and are subject to acceptance by the EarthSmart Store in its absolute discretion. The EarthSmart Store does not guarantee the price of any item listed on this website until your order has been processed. Whilst we takes care to ensure the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, the EarthSmart Store reserves the right to cancel the order and make a refund.

We accept all major credit and debits cards as well as Apple pay and Google Pay. 

Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Unfortunately no changes to orders may be made after they have been submitted. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you may return it to us. See above for further information regarding returns and exchanges.

We are unable to deliver goods internationally at this time.

Any agreement arising between us shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under the agreement or related to this site shall be dealt with by the courts of New Zealand.
